Bridging the Gap Senior Care stemmed from my love

of 20+ years of social work and

private home caregiving for more

than 15 years. Finding true passion for

Alzheimer’s and end of life support. Soon

realizing how many families needed

assistance, I started finding more

caregivers as passionate as myself.

For some time, I have been eager to

expand my efforts, knowing that I

could help many more seniors

enhance their daily lives and maintain

their independence in their own

homes, where they truly wish to be. By

offering support within their homes,

we can significantly enhance their

quality of life.
