Erin and her team have been taking such great care of my 91 year old dad who has dementia. They are caring and trustworthy and stay in communication with us daily. highly recommend BTG.

What stands out most about Erin and her caregivers is the deep compassion for their elderly patients. They treat my mother not just as client, but as someone they genuinely cares about. They listens attentively, responds with empathy, and always goes the extra mile to ensure my mother feels respected and care for. They listens respectfully to my mothers life stories and asks questions to bring more from mom's list of memories.

Erin and her crew are amazing. Besides great care for my 92 year old father, they take great time and care with the family as well so that our worries are minimized. If the scheduled caregiver is unavailable, they make sure that the shift is covered so it does not become a worry for us.

I highly recommend BTG. They provided care for my mother who was in a wheelchair with dementia. They assisted with her daily needs, housework, meal prep and meal prep. It was important and comforting to know that we could completely trust BTG with her. They clearly enjoyed their 'job' and compassion for the elderly was more than obvious.
